Address Standardisation :
The purpose of file standardisation is to format all addresses the same way, thanks to a completeand up-to-date reference street database.
The benefict is to increase significantly the quality of the data in making cost savings in all mailing actions.
Verification
Verification means comparing initial information to a reference database in order to validate data.
The output will be presented as follow, either :
- For telephone number we will add a flag "listed"
- For name and address we will validate if similar to the ones matching the information in the Telephone Directory of the day.
Name & Address Scoring :
The scoring match program in an automated rating process indicating reliability level (between 1-100 on the data elements delivered ( name-address – locality –tel n°).
Enrichment :
Added Value Data Elements to the Initial Information that were not available before the enrichment.
Examples :
- Tel nr provided : enrichment by Name, Address, Locality (NAL).
- NAL provided : enrichment to tel nr ^lus NAL when different.
- The enrichment of geocodes ( X,Y) into your address file allows you to locate exactly your customers/suppliers/debtors….as well as proceed to proximity searches and LBS ( Location Based Services) possibilities.
Database Cleansing :
Database cleansing and enrichment is a process through which we de-duplicate the data, standardize addresses, match and verify these addresses with our own up-to-date databases and thereafter enrich the provided file with the actual name, address and phone number if there are still active and consequently eliminates the outdated records. We can bring your database error rate from 50% to merely 10%!
