Management team - Key People
Alain Wahba is in charge of the company's business development and handles legal matters. He holds a degree in business and international sciences from the Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (ICHEC) and a teaching degree in the same field. He graduated in 1993. Before co-founding Kapitol, he managed and operated an import/export business between the US and Europe.
Marc Wahba is in charge of the company's software development. Having graduated in 1991, he holds a civil engineering degree in electromechanics from the Polytechnic department of the "Université Libre de Bruxelles", as well as a management degree from Solvay. He has completely conceptualized and developed the technology used in the Infobel CD-ROM, the Internet site and other directories. Before co-founding Kapitol, he developed expert systems for the Belgian army and participated in the computerization of the Belgian Stock Exchange.
Liliane Sidis heads the financial and accounting departments. She holds a degree in business and international sciences from the "ICHEC". She graduated in 1993. Before co-founding Kapitol, she managed and operated an import-export business between the US and Europe
Claude De Bruycker Aged 56, Claude De Bruycker joined the company end of year 2001 as Chief Operating Officer after a long career spent at GIB group as General Manager for the Brico Europe division. He was responsible for the growth and expansion of the "Do It Yourself" division. All along his career, he was active in both Europe and the U.S.A.
